Just how it was planned.

In the last decade of my career in the pharmaceutical industry, I attended a training session focused on understanding personality types and learning how to communicate more effectively with others through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. While there isn’t space here to explain the entire framework, the idea was simple and helpful: people are wired differently. Some are more introverted, others more extroverted. Some process decisions quickly, while others need time to think things through.
