On Friday evening Patrina arranged for a group of friends to surprise me at dinner to kick off a weekend of celebrations for my 50th birthday. Before we began enjoying our meals one of our friends prayed over the food and included a few words about the next 50 years. In Christian Reflections on the Leadership Challenge the editors comment: When all is said and done, meeting the leadership challenge is a personal-and a daily-challenge. As we begin another week, let’s take this to heart. On this day let’s make the choices that will make a lasting legacy.
