Reflect:

Over the last couple of days, we’ve been risking our lives hanging out with our grandkids in Phoenix (insert wry smile). It’s tough work, but worth every minute of it.

While playing the board game, Mousetrap, If you land on just the right spot on the board, you receive not one but two valuable slices of cheese! What joy! As I sat down to write, I was then reminded of Monopoly’s “Get out of Jail Free? card.

When we think of Christ’s offer of salvation, too many people may think of it as an opportunity to do nothing more than “get out of jail free”, but that is not what was intended, was it?

In just one verse, Jesus summarized the impact of His sacrifice. The dead can live. The lost can be found.
