You know what I am going to say
Psalm 139: 4-6
even before I say it, Lord.
You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!
Today is our 39th anniversary and I can say that very often I can anticipate Patrina’s reaction or what she is thinking, especially about particular topics or situations, but my knowledge of Patrina is minuscule compared to the Lord’s.
God is omniscient. He knows and is aware of everything, even the words we are going to say before we say them. And it is a good thing for us.
God is not some distant creator who simply observes us. As seen in the mission of Christ, He is activey engaged with all of His creation including you and me on each step of our journey through life.
The question is are we aware of His Presence in our lives. When do we take time to think about the Goodness of God and His care for us?
This is worth taking some time to think about the “knowledge (that) is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand!”
